The process will help students examine their sales engine and commercial culture holistically so they gain a customer-centric context and apply and tools and insights to affect change.
The Outcome
- No longer will sales leaders be a one trick pony solely managing their team to a revenue target.
- The result? Everyone gets adopted into the sales team where customer experience and revenue targets become the entire team’s responsibility.
- Instead they will elevate their entire organization but leading and evangelizing The Culture of Commerce.
- Commercial leaders go back into their organizations armed with tools to educate, implement and transform.
